Orbit Tours originated
- On June 5, 1997 the Corporate Authority agreed to establish the company as an Egyptian joint stock company in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 159 of 81.
- The company’s capital is only 5,000,000 five million Egyptian pounds only.
In the year 1998 AD
- The Ministry of Tourism granted the company a license No. 1068 dated 11/10/1998, issued to a tourism company for the practice of public tourism activity, paragraph (a).
- The company has worked since this date in
1- Organizing group or individual tourist trips inside or outside Egypt according to specific programs and implementing the related transportation, residence and related services.
2- Selling or exchanging travel tickets, facilitating the transport of luggage, and reserving places on various means of transportation, as well as agency for airlines, navigation and other transportation companies
3- Operating means of transportation (land - sea - air - river) to transport tourists.
4- The Hajj and Umrah activity is the main activity of the company.
In the year 2002 AD
- The branch of the company was established in Alexandria on October 10, 2002.
- The company branch was established in the city of Hurghada on 11/14/2002 AD.
In the year 2003 AD
- The company’s branch was established in Sharm El-Sheikh on 4/17/2003.
In the year 2005 AD
- The company branch was established in Tanta on 10/10/2005.
- The seat was modified on 4/27/2015 to Damietta.
In the year 2005 AD
- The company obtained the membership of the International Aviation Organization (IATA).
